Exchange/Refund Policy

We offer free and hassle-free exchange with no questions asked. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to fill the exchange request form. Kindly proceed to send the product back to our store after filling the form. We will not be able to assist you with any information regarding returns or exchange on Instagram DM or any other email or contact number apart from the one mentioned on this page. care@scherico.in

All the Orders are quality checked before the dispatch. In case you receive any defective product, please let us know with an immediate image and unboxing video as proof at care@scherico.in. Exchange to a defective product will be free Once we receive the defective article, we will try to send the correct article if it is in stock or initiate the refund.

Please Note

  • The to and fro courier cost will be borne by you if you wish to return the product. In case of refunds, we shall refund the total amount paid for the products and not shipping if any.
  • For exchange, we shall provide you with a unique code once we receive the order back at our studio. We shall only provide the value paid for the product returned and not any shipping if applicable. This process can take up to 15 working days upon receiving your order back at our studio.
  • Kindly allow 10 days from the delivery date for the returns to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFERS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
  • Please return your products unused in the same condition as you received them. If the products are found to be used or damaged we will not be able to refund your money or help you with the exchange.

Shipping Policy

We choose Express shipping for order shipment orders shipped within 48 hours from the date of order with our global courier partners. It usually takes 3-5 days in delivery however Please note that the delivery period varies depending on your location and can be longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other unexpected causes.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send an email/SMS with specific tracking information of your package(s).
